4 Feb 2020After visiting in aug 2019 I can confirm Palermo is full of African migrant gangs and prostitute's. It's a real shame as the architecture is splendid.
Stick to quieter areas of Sicily and it's much more enjoyable, but tbh Europe has far better offerings.
