Exploring Delhi and Kathmandu // Worldwide W4nderers Journey Weblog

After we efficiently reached Delhi with hitchhike, we stayed for a few days and our good friend Swati confirmed us across the metropolis, then on the 20th of December we caught our flight to the attractive Nepal. We stayed in Thamel, which is part of Kathmandu and explored the close by areas. Sadly our group was held again by diseases for more often than not, however we nonetheless tried to take advantage of out of our keep.

  1. Monuments and Heritages like these are the result of poor people getting mercilessly taxed by the then Kings and rulers to win the dick-measuring competitions. They are as laughable and useless as some countries who are advanced in military strength but then half the population is below the poverty line.

  2. awesome video so interesting.

  6. Please visit Kailasa Temple in Ellora Caves at Aurangabad, India . It's considered greatest architecture in history of mankind , because the way it was built seems unbelievable for even today’s time . The temple was built 1300 years ago . It’s carved out of a mammoth stone/mountain . The Kailasa Temple is notable for its vertical excavation—carvers started at the top of the original rock and excavated downward . At least 400000 tonnes of stones have been removed in the process . About 7000 workers and their future generations worked for 135 years, with chisels, hammers and pickaxes . One small mistake and you have to rebuild the whole temple because it's carved into the rock . It's way prettier than Taj Mahal .
